| In April of 1978 I began my journey in the credit business with a small consumer loan company in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. If you would have told me then that I'd spend the next 27 years of my life in some way shape or form in that same business I would have told you, 'your nuts!' As it turns out, maybe I'm nuts! The journey that brought me to First Choice has taken me on visits to the automobile financing industry, mortgage origination's, processing, underwriting, sales management, secondary marketing, wholesale and retail operations and much, much more. All those experiences were courtesy of, ITT, Associates, Chase Manhattan, Ameriquest Mortgage, Bank America, Conti Mortgage and Household Mortgage. Thanks to all of them, I was able to get, bar none, the best training available in both how, and how not to, operate within the Mortgage industry.
My entire career has primarily focused on customer satisfaction. That is providing the most information possible to each applicant. Allowing them to confidently select the mortgage programs and products that best suit their individual needs. Additionally, my work experience has also taught me to focus on working conditions and the working environment of our company. That is providing the tools and atmosphere necessary for our Associates to deliver the highest quality customer service. While enjoying their part in helping to build our company and building future opportunities for themselves.
I have 2 grown children who mean the world to me. In my spare time I enjoy my dogs, Bandit (retriever and springer mix) and Camy (west highland terrier), spending any time with my best friend, and golfing as much as time allows. But, at the core of all enjoyment for me is the mortgage business, and what I can do to help people in need of any type of home loan.

I have 30 years lending experience and 25 years management experience. I have learned over the years that to get repeat business from customers, you have to do what’s best for the customer. At First Choice Equity Group we strive to achieve this every day. I joined First Choice in November of 2001. In January 2002 Scott Geary and I purchased the Allentown location and formed First Choice Equity Group with our group of hand picked associates. I am proud of our team and the company/family we have built together. We make dreams come true. My leisure time is spent fishing and reading and I am a car nut.

I worked in the mortgage industry as a loan originator for a consumer finance company and then for First Choice. I left the mortgage business in the summer of 2003 to take a position with a company closer to my home with more regular hours so I could spend time with my teenage son. I remained close to my First Choice family and was recently offered a new position within the processing department that I couldn't refuse. I'm now learning a whole new aspect of the industry and am available to give group hugs when needed.

I have a BS (no pun intended) degree in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy. I have eight years of customer service experience both as a sales rep for a beer distributor and in the restaurant industry in which I utilized that BS to the T. The best thing about working for First Choice Equity Group is I enjoy being here, the coolest thing is that I love the people I work with, the rewarding part is enjoying what I do and being able to offer great products to great people. My hobbies include but are not limited to exercising (you may find me doing push-ups between phone calls in my office)/creative writing (a few of those bumper stickers were my idea), going out with friends and watching the ritualistic acting out of dramatic events through the eyes of Professional Wrestling.

I have been at hard work or hardly working since I was 16 my first job was at Dorney Park during the summer and the realized I had a better opportunity at outback steak house as a bus boy. That put me in the restaurant business, which took me to old country buffet where I worked with my beloved sister as a line preparation. Then I moved to Florida where I soaked up the sun for nearly 4 years I held 3 different jobs I started as a labor for a landscaping company at minimum wage not a very exciting job but I earned money. I worked for a resort called Boca Raton spa and resort as a valet. This was exciting for me I got to drive a nice car and meet people. I left that company unfortunately to spend time with my family on Christmas, sorry family comes first.. This led me to my job at UPS as a loader. This was a very physical job that was 4 hours of repetitive work I did that for nearly 3 years. I wanted to drive but I didn’t and I am glad I didn’t. My grandfather was ill and I flew home to be with him and my family. Now I am at First Choice Equity Group during the day. So I am a hard worker but I enjoy the work I am currently doing.
On my off time I enjoy golf some more golf and fishing is a great past time to me. I love to learn new things and cars I adore I couldn’t tell you my favorite because there is so many. I enjoy seeing people laugh from my humor but am excited to help out people even more. Having fun is critical to my life I feel if your not happy you should do what makes you happy and that’s why I am doing. I want to help our Vets realize the American dream of owning a home.
